ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

The Lumberjack Festival is family-oriented and requests
visitors to refrain from irresponsible drinking. The legal age
in New York State is 21 years old, and the Village of Deposit
has an open container law.

 

No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the park. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed at the venue where the beverage is purchased. To accommodate festival visitors, beer will be on sale from our local Rotary under the Rotary tent across from the Pavilion, and at theHopsaw Beer Forest on Saturday, July 21. Several craft breweries will be serving at the park behind
the Pavilion.

 

Photo ID for the purchase and consumption

of alcohol is required.
